Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: 17 June 2026
Article 1 – Purpose and scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern sales made on the VirtuReveal site (“the Site”) between the publisher (“the Seller”) and any person making a purchase (“the Customer”). Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. The Seller reserves the right to modify them; the applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of the order.
Article 2 – Products and prices
VirtuReveal offers the creation of a personalized interactive reveal (digital product) accessible via a shareable link. Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with no retroactive effect on orders already confirmed.
Article 3 – Order
The Customer personalizes their reveal, then confirms the order after accepting these T&Cs and proceeds to payment. The sale is deemed firm and final after payment confirmation. The Seller may refuse or cancel any order that is abnormal, fraudulent or made in bad faith.
Article 4 – Payment
Payment is made online, at the time of the order, via our secure payment provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). The accepted payment methods (bank card, mobile wallets such as Apple Pay / Google Pay…) are presented at checkout. No bank card data is collected or stored by the Seller: transactions are securely processed by Stripe.
Article 5 – Delivery of the digital product
As the product is entirely digital, there is no physical delivery. After payment confirmation, the personalized reveal is made available immediately as a unique link, viewable and shareable. Details are on the Delivery page.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
Consequently, before finalizing their order, the Customer:
- expressly requests that the reveal be generated and made available immediately;
- acknowledges that they waive their right of withdrawal once the reveal has been generated and delivered to them.
This consent is collected via a dedicated checkbox at the time of payment. As long as the reveal has not been generated, the order can be cancelled.
Refund terms in the event of a problem are set out on the Refunds page.
Article 7 – Legal guarantees
Regardless of any commercial warranty, the Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a non-conforming product, the Customer may contact us at contact@virtureveal.com.
Article 8 – Liability
The Seller undertakes to provide a product that matches its description. The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of improper use of the product by the Customer, of content entered by the Customer, or of malfunctions related to the network, device or browser of the Customer. The Customer is solely responsible for the information they enter (names, messages) and guarantees that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Article 9 – Personal data
The data processing carried out as part of the sale is described in our Privacy policy.
Article 10 – Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, the Customer is invited to first contact the Seller at contact@virtureveal.com, in order to seek an amicable solution.
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer (consumer) has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to amicably resolve a dispute with the Seller, provided a prior written complaint has been sent to the Seller and left without a satisfactory response within one month.
After contacting us and failing to receive a satisfactory response, you may use the following consumer mediator free of charge:

Article 11 – Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction under ordinary law.
