Creation & personalization
How do I create my reveal?
Click “Create my reveal”, choose a theme, enter the name of the person it’s for, write a short message if you like, then confirm. It’s ready in a few minutes, with no app to install.
Can I personalize the name and message?
Yes! That’s the whole point: the reveal speaks directly to the person it is for, by name (or nickname, like “Grandma”), with a message you write yourself.
Which devices does it work on?
All of them: smartphone, tablet or computer, simply through a recent web browser. No installation needed.
Sharing & access
How do I share my reveal?
Once created, you get a unique link to share however you like: WhatsApp, text message, email, social media… They click, play, and discover the secret 🎊
How long does my link stay active?
Your reveal stays accessible for 30 days after it’s created. Make the most of that period to share the moment with your loved ones.
Does the recipient need to create an account?
No, never. They just open the link. No account, no installation.
Payment & security
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, one of the world leaders in online payment. Your card details never pass through our servers.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Bank card and mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay…) depending on your device. The available options appear at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
As the product is digital and delivered immediately, the conditions are detailed on our Refunds page. If something’s wrong, write to us: we always find a solution.
Privacy
What do you do with my data?
The bare minimum. We don’t resell anything, we use no advertising trackers, and reveals are deleted after 30 days. All the details are in our Privacy policy.
